The other powers section is for whatever you want, basically. You can use it to detail the abilities of the pokemon you used better than your actual moves can, or you can introduce completely new powers. There's no actual rule about what goes there. I just sort of check it for anything that looks like it will cause problems and move on.

Most of my favorite Pokemon are from Gen V, and the rest tend to be from Gen I. I'm still debating how much I like the Gen VI pokemon though. Gourgeist in particular might join as one of my all time favorite Pokemon alongside the Cofagrigus line and the Gengar line.
