It can literally do any game you have a rom for. It doesn't have to be pokemon, or even Nintendo for tht matter. As long as it came with the original file, just delete or move the original from the folder and put the new in the EXACT SAME PLACE, IN THE EXACT ORDER EVERYTHING WAS IN. That is VERY important.

Only somewhat... I can create the picture, change the words, and draw the pokemon (with the little artistic talent I have... I might only be good for a draft). However, the only thing I can actually input is the words. Sorry. If This might help, use it:
-start menu
-search "Paint"
-it's an app
-copy/paste a picture, zoom in
-edit away!!!

The title screen picture comes with the rom of your game. just search the folders...
