everyone's gotten old finishing off degrees and doing phds haha. education sounds like a great career if you're up for the challenge; you would something like the "teach for australia" program. are you getting wonderlust now? please visit parts of the world where nature and animals aren't out to kill you 24/7 it's a wonderful feeling. if you're ever stuck on things to do in london i can send you the datasheet i gave to dashins/moogles/whatever Jeremy calls himself and i won't even charge

Yeppppp first night we were there! It's amazing although it's not quite as spectacular as some photos because your eyes can't see it the same as you blink too much.

I'd definitely stay in the centre of Reykjavik as you can just get bus trips everywhere else of note. Definitely do the northern lights if you can (not always visible you have to be lucky), blue lagoon and much as you can. We were only on a small break but there was loads we didn't do like go see natural geysers and go whale watching etc. Really want to go again asap.
