Same here! I'm normally not too picky about dubs, unless they're on the level of... say, Mew Mew Power. But I think Romeo x Juliet will be handled fairly well. You should watch Mermaid Melody sometime! It's a really cute show, but I may be a little biased since I adore the ocean + mermaid stories. :D;

Oh dear, I hope they wouldn't be that bad! As much as I've been watching anime in subtitles and growing use to it the japanese voices sometimes it has been nice to watch anime in dub. Not many aren't crazy about dubs, and I can understand why. I think if the casting is right, then it shouldn't be too horrible.

I have not watched Mermaid Melody. It looks cute though.

I remember hearing about that not long ago! -^^- I'm so excited. Finding subs for the series has been the biggest pain in the butt for me, so I can't wait to buy the DVDs -- and hear what the dub voices sound like! Should be interesting.

I'm also hoping the news about Mermaid Melody being licensed is true. :D So much good shoujo for us~ ♥

Well, that is the case every now and then... but she's usually fair. :3 Like today, I was on for a couple of hours working on an LJ post, but if she needed help with cleaning or something, she'd expect me to do that instead.

She's just being a typical mom, I guess? XD

My mom's not that bad about it... except when it comes to interrupting me. XD; I'll always be right in the middle of something when she'll want to check her e-mail, so it slows down my progress at times.

Otherwise, she's usually quite nice about letting me come online~ She just expects me to get my work finished first, which takes a while sometimes. D:

Yay! I should be free to chat then -- but I can't give a final answer yet because I've been stuck babysitting my little cousins while they're here for a visit. ^^; If not, then maybe tomorrow evening/night after they leave?
