Most of the customer service representatives I get -- actually, all of the representatives I get on the phone with -- are from India and I can't understand them when they tell me to do something I have trouble with, which is why most of the time, Google is a much better source of information than a representative from Dell.

Do they at least have customer support representatives who know how to speak English?
