I have been tempted to repurchase Days when I get money again and replay it. I just got burned out because, honestly? I had DONE everything there is to do in that game. I even killed that freaking Dustflier Heartless. It was ridiculous. Max level, all Keyblades and characters.... yeh. Just got a bit tiring.

Sora needs to grow up a bit and at least lose some of the gullibility. I can handle Mr. Happy and Mr. Trusting, but at least give him some bloody sense. I actually think every game has had him having a problem happen because he just dove into it like an idiot. KH1 is the only one I don't remember too well, though I guess you could say the entirety of Days and COM could've been prevented had he not been so brash about the unlocking of his heart and crap of that nature. COM was as you said, kinda forced a bit, but he sure made it very easy for them to manipulate him. KH2 there were a couple I can think of: The YuRiPa thing in the Bastion castle I think was meant to be a trap because they worked for Maleficent. Also the computer thing that trapped them in Tron's world. And the Mulan thing where he and Mulan get trapped in the cave. Sad thing is, I could probably keep going with these examples :c Re:Coded had the entire Hollow Bastion world where he went in guns a blazin' without anything to protect himself, thus dragging in Goofy and Donald and putting them all in harm's way. 3D was the absolute worst though. Sora really is one of my least favorite characters xD; I like pointing out his stupid. I know Riku isn't perfect, but I can definitely see why he was chosen by the Keyblade over Sora in the first place.

Believe me when I say you are not the only one. I love all the ladies unique to Kingdom Hearts, including Larxene. Xion though just... you're right. The struggles she went through, her personal struggles, the sacrifices and everything she had to make and all that happening within a year's time... That's a very sound character to me. I didn't think she was pointless, either. Roxas had a reason for leaving the Organization the way he did, and she served as that reason. I think overall that while yes, it was mostly just a cash cow game probably, it did serve to establish some very important events for both KH2 and even now with 3D. Another thing about her? She had the strength to fight for herself, too. It took awhile for her to grow and gain that strength, but everyone goes through that. It's kinda a staple to all KH games that you start out useless and build up. Why should that be exclusive to the protagonists of the game?
But yes... Xion is amazing. I legitimately cried even with that damn stupid line (that I still oddly find endearing despite how stupid it is) over that scene. Over just that entire ending, even with the fight with Riku. The flashbacks to her during that fight as she faded from both of their memories is perhaps the saddest thing I've ever seen in a video game ever :c
