So...I'm new to the community here. Not quite sure how to navigate the site efficiently on my phone, but you seem like one of the more knowledgable people here.. I posted a comment on the daily chit chat for rom hacking and emulating...someone gave me a link to that after I asked a question regarding a hack created by one of the members of this community I believe. I was wondering if you could take a look at it and offer any assistance? I would greatly appreciate it. It was posted a few minutes ago.

Christos, I've got a question, a while back I posted a tutorial for Ep!c's Transparent textbox's command, but I would like to know that if I redid it with a custom routine, could I make a new thread, or would I have to edit that one?

How do i make script for this?
Example: in the beginning of the game in pokemon Firered, if you interact with the ball in the lab without encountering Prof.Oak first, the text will say 'There's a Pokemon in the PokeBall' until you talk to Prof.Oak, how did they do that?

Can i take random pokemon trainer sprite from the google image to put it in my hack?
