That's exactly what it means. But, down to moderator discretion I tend to look at how dead the thread was. I tend to come down less on users that revive 'younger' threads. But, someone revives a thread from like a year ago I'd probably go straight to infractions. Because you've got to be a bit of an idiot to not notice that.

Um, why did you report something that you want to stay closed? I'd just like to say that ill reporting is an infractable offence.

I really appreciate the honest rating you have given me, Colcolstyles. Like I mentioned on that post, I didn't realize I forgot the tree shading (silly me) until after it was uploaded, and I was too lazy to go back and fix it. Also, though it may look weird, I'm fairly certain the way I used the borders around the islands are how Nintendo intended for them to be used. I remember seeing similar uses in the Sevii Islands.
Well, once again, really appreciate the criticism. :)
