well you seem to be a lot like me: i worked only for flame of rage for quite a long time before i got enough ideas for my own hack and started it

ideas come with time... if you have one rough thing just stick to it and more and more details and story-events will come to your mind
if you have a really good allround idea you can start your hack

did you know LoF was supposed to be a hack about Suicune first? xD

yeah you shouldnt start a hack without a good plot
a good plot is the most important thing in a hack, cause everything (tiles, maps, scripts, sprites etc) is based on it.

I did that to Mac_Mini. The funny thing was, he just took a screen of himself, took Paint and typed in "Admining" on it.
