It's the same for me, but with mapping. I spend about a thousand times re-mapping and inserting new tiles, and don't end up getting any scripting done.

Seriously though, I've honestly never really looked into graphics much. Heck, I can barely put a tilemap together without my ROM glitching up xD

I took a moment to download and test their "work". Oh. My. God.
It never ceases to amaze me when people can't see that poorly editing the first few maps of Fire Red doesn't qualify as.. anything.

I wasn't able to come on yesterday, but it looks like it's kinda resolved itself. I mean even if Hiiro hadn't closed it, we'd still have had to due to it not being worked on..

Yeah, but in some cases the palette limitations get in the way of shadows.

For me, I log on in the morning to check Notifications, Staff Forums and C&M briefly. (I imagine reports will fall under this if and when I get one.) Then it's more of a case of little visits to PC but often throughout the day. Beforehand, I'd just go through all the forums I visit - PG, PGC, OVP etc. - post in threads I hadn't done if I liked the looks of them, and report nooby stuff (mainly in the first two), and then come back on and do the same. Now, though, I feel obliged to check C&M every time I log on. It's not stressful, given that there'll only be 2-3 new posts... but it's more the obligation to check it. At times I wish there was significantly more activity, but then I don't know how my modding activity would change as a result. For the most part, I do no more than 1/2 modly things a day (today's was deleting a post, yesterday's was updating the claim threads), and I like that at the moment, as I've got a crapload of revision to get down with. Once that's over, I'll be able to spend more time and stuff.

In terms of intelligence, I think most of the C&M populace can spell definitely, but I can't get them to create threads at the moment. Ah well... the year is young. Hopefully they'll learn!

It could be used for shadows, or glass objects, to give it a more realistic feel. That'd actually be pretty cool :O

I have a question, how do i get my hack eligible for the HotM?
I just want to know the criteria so i can at least prepare for it..xD

Goto "Thread Tools > Edit Thread" and you can see a list of staff members who've interacted with that thread. It was moved to the Sideshow Showcase, I'm not sure from where... At any rate, I can sorta see why they thought it'd fit in the SS, but it's still more of a resource, imo.
