Hi there, Cremallero! Sorry for the very late reply. I haven't been around here lately.

My plans with Celebi were to add a new/alternate area in the game that it would take you to. They've only ever been loose ideas, though, and I've forgotten even those over time. What I do know is that I had no plans of adding any places from the Hoenn region into Throwback.

Regardless, I'm happy to hear you've had a great time with Throwback!
