  • Granny Smiths, pshh. I don't like green apples. A bit too sour for my taste, so I generally avoid them.
I amuse myself by wondering what charges you could get filed against you for actually doing that. xD
It's currently a toss up between indecent exposure and sexual harrasment.
    Dude, it's not retarded. It's awesome~
    Check it.
Mine didn't go as perfectly as that, but it was still cool.
I went up to my brother and was all like, want an apple? Then I broke it in half, like a MOTHER****ER. =D
Basically it's just using science (yay) and the principle of levers to give the finger to mother nature yet again.
If you hadn't said with your hand earlier, I would've totally imagined you flying around catching flies with your mouth. :P

Speaking of which, I've been trying to break an apple with my hands lately. It worked (kind of), and now my hand is sore. Totally worth it though. =D
Same here. I'm actually starting to really like Korra's character development, you know? Without bending, she is nothing, and that's a brilliant way to bring in some inner-conflict for a god-like figure. =D

    What, like in mid-flight? xD
    Goddamn, that's awesome.
I found a new source from which to watch it (I don't do torrents because they're annoying :P), and it's in HD (kinda), which is awesome because my previous sources weren't, but now the problem's with this really choppy audio. It was bearable at first, but then the sound just cut off like midway through. Needless to say...****.
Well, yeah, I get that, but when Toph did it for the first time it seemed so awesome the way she sensed the earth in the metal. Naturally, it felt like it should be a bit harder to do. (Also they were actually taught by Toph when she opened up her own school, apparently. If the wiki's reliable.)

***** please, Lion Turtles were doing it before EVERYTHING existed. xD
The expression on his face = priceless.

In other news, I got around to watching Korra Ep3 a few days ago. (I only just now realised that Episode 4 was released the same day). I have to say that the sheer steampunk awesome that is Legend of Korra is really starting to make me love it. Motorbikes? Electric packs? Steam powered generators? **** yes!

Though I guess I am a bit annoyed by how a lot of people can metal bend and lightning bend in Republic City. I get that metal bending is probably a bit more easier to do once you get the hang of it, but bending lightning has no excuse. Like, it used to be hard to do it right, and only masters ever did it awesomely. Now every industrial worker uses it. It just seems to ruin its prestige somewhat.
Still, man. This Day Aria? ****ing genius. Queen Chrysalis? Almost as awesome as Discord if not better.

I've kind of given up on pony names. xD
I used to try and make sense of it all, but now I don't even think anyone has surnames except for the Apples and their female naming scheme (read: Big Macintosh has no apple in his name). I kind of doubt that Rarity's full name is Rarity Belle. :P
Anyway, I've been thinking that Twilight's parents must be hella lucky though. Not only is their daughter, like, the student of the God Queen, she's also had really strong ties to the Royal Family even as a filly. And their son, Captain of the Royal Guard, marrying into royalty? Those are some serious bragging rights there.

Anyway, yeah. On a slightly related note I thought this was hilarious.
Still makes me laugh remembering it.
The odd bit is odd, but I suppose they'd actually like to do those things? I mean Rarity was pretty excited. I was a bit more disturbed by the "he's my BBBFF" and yet I've never mentioned him to you guys ever because obviously he's not that important in my life currently. There were some things which I didn't enjoy but I chalk that up to the time constraints of half-hour episodes because the plot did seem rushed at times. Like the second part. Anyway, yeah, next part is spoilery if you haven't seen it.

    Spoiler:
    Haters. :P
Actually, I'm not fanboying over the fact. I'm actually happier that Notch was reluctant about it because it kind of proves to everyone else that people who watch MLP aren't gays (no offense) or pedophiles. If people view Notch differently because of this they are sad, misguided people.

In related news, the MLP Season Finale was just... augh. It was brilliant!
I have no idea if you've watched it, so I'll reserve my comments until then.
    HawHaw. I'm pro-cattle-segregation and you can't stop me. :P

You do actually make it sound appealing. I might try it when I have the time to play all out.

    Ooh, and this.
Actually, no, you're right. I should be using signs. I sometimes get stuck on those ladders. Thanks! =D
Aww, that villager sounds awesome. xD
I would love if they all had some kind of personality or something, so they wouldn't sometimes act like cattle.

Oh God, that sounds horrible. xD
It's one of the reasons I don't play hardcore. I don't want my world to be deleted after all the effort. Sure it's kind of like life, I guess, but I play games to get away from life and enjoy myself. :P
Ooh, that town well idea reminds me of my secret passage I was telling you about.
I'm going to get you a gif.
    EDIT: Here it is!

That's my actual well. One with an infinite water pool.
Also, I've started work on my quarry. It's going pretty well, so far. I've dug down pretty deep and it's open air, so I'm happy with that.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I'd love nice easy tunnels, but they're hard to find in my world. So what I do is brick up everything (with dirt) I haven't explored yet, so I can focus on my own little tunnel without having to worry about monsters. Rei's Minimap helps too, I guess. It just gives me that bit more confidence when spelunking.
That reminds me that I haven't finished Amnesia. :(
I probably never will at this rate.

Well, yeah, that's true. It'd be nicer if people were more civil over multiplayer, though, or if the kids were a bit more mature. I dislike whiny children. Just generally. So I block everyone's voice.

EDIT: Also, WF won't let me post VMs. I'll reply there when it gets better.
    Fair enough. xD

Ooh, I think we had that once (or some sort of equivalent) for the PS2. My brother used to play it, and I admit that it's the only kind of FIFA-esque game that's ever piqued my interest because it looked cool. But yeah, I was actually referring to the main FIFA series that go by years like FIFA 10, 11, 12 or something like that.

Sorry, I wasn't referring to the games per-se, I was referring to the fanbases and the fact that FIFA and COD just upgrade a few graphics around and call it a new game, which kind of annoys me. The Halo storyline is actually awesome (its the fanbase I can't stand), even though I've only played Reach, and to a certain extent Halo 3. You know I'm a sucker for sci-fi, and the whole concept of Halos and GM super-soldiers actually sold me the series.
In terms of getting annoyed at the game, I know that every gamer (including myself) has this little bastard inner-child kicking and screaming at the gates whenever we fail, but at least I don't let him out of the gates and go violent. It's the senseless violence I hate. My brother, for one, has made multiple holes in the table (which is some kind of MDF/plywood, to be fair) from playing FIFA and we have replaced our controllers a few times. I also hate the shouting and foot stamping. >:
Or I guess maybe I'm just good at controlling my temper. *shrug*
The only time I show any outward emotion when gaming is while playing Minecraft (as in when I go spelunking and I feel fear), and when I play Skyrim (as in, having to load from a really far point if I die because I sometimes forget to save frequently). Even then, though, it's never an extreme display of emotion.
Yeah, okay. Michelle Creber's not legal, so that's fairly disturbing. :P
She is cute in a nice way, though.

Ooh, actually, minus the actual soccer playing bit, this does sound like something I'd play. Like an extended version of the Sims' sports career line or something.

As for FIFA, I wouldn't touch that game with a ten-foot long pole. I cannot find any appeal in it whatsoever. It doesn't help that my perceptions of the game have been soured by its obnoxious fanbase who aren't really gamers who appreciate quality per-se (as in those who appreciate art or expression in gaming), but are more like obsessive fanboys who await every ****** installment that brings absolutely nothing new to the game. Like COD or Halo or something. Massive generalization, I know, but it's not far from the truth. I mean, I play Halo, but I'm not massively obsessed. I give up if it's hard (or lower it to easy) because I play games to have fun and that's the truth. =D Sometimes it's fun to play on hard, but not to the point where you start throwing the controller on the floor and screaming blue, bloody murder. I've seen it happen with people, and it's not pretty and really annoying to get worked up so outwardly over a game. /rant
Yeah, she's legal. In her first appearance on Dr. Who she appeared as a Kissogram, which is just a kid-friendly way of implying that she's not working a completely wholesome job, so to speak.
The first time I saw that pic of Michelle Creber I was like, "She really reminds me of someone." Then I remembered Karen Gillan and shat bricks at the resemblance. And yes, the flannelette shirts probably did have something to do with it because Karen has worn those shirts on multiple occasions in Doctor Who.

Maturity at its best. :P j/k
I once played a soccer game for the sole purpose of creating a character who looked like a strange and obese, soccer-playing judge because of the powdered wig and sunglasses I put on him. Suffice to say, I don't really play soccer games, like, at all. I used to waaay back when it wasn't in 3D and the AI was so simple you could literally score 50-nil by following a simple pattern, but those days have passed, and I have gotten bored of soccer games.
Michelle Creber actually reminds me of a young Karen Gillan who plays Amy Pond in Doctor Who. Not the young Amy Pond who's actually appeared in Doctor Who, but an actual mini-replica of what Karen Gillan would look like as a a kid.
    Just check out the comparison.
    Spoiler:
Yeah, I know. Weakest example. But still, if you're looking for the professional-amateur gap, which, honestly is starting to seem really overrated in this day and age of the INTERNET and fan to source communication, have some Michelle Creber and Mandopony, singing something completely unrelated to MLP but have collaborated because of it.

Also, on a completely unrelated note, you mentioning Nerdfighter gatherings reminded me of the C&H Banana Bar Crawl for some reason. It just did.
William Anderson as in one of the composers for MLP:FiM.
He straight up asked if any of his apparent fans wanted to hang.
It's not really the same as the amateur and professional gap, but I have heard of the MLP VAs teaming up with some of the MLP fan-musicians on youtube, I think.
It's not really the content of his videos. It's really just him that I dislike. Him and his personality. Idk... it's just unlikeable. I did not know that about Robin Williams though. That is awesome. It's kind of like the staff of MLP FIM just hanging out with the bronies, you know? It's happened. William Anderson did just that, IIRC.
