  • I am lazy don't know how to! :(
And my flatmates seem to be the same as me. Loads of junk food and yet they're skinnier than I am.

That's a good thing in the US. I'm not sure though if it would be the same as actually eating the original in other countries/cultures themselves. I've never been in there to know of it anyways.

Am I right to assume you've finished school already? How else do you pass your time besides cooking? :P
Lucky you. I really never bothered to try to eat as healthy as I could and I'm surprised at how fat I am not (65kg, 1.78m) with all the garbage my diet is made of and the physical activity I don't have since my 12th year.
Never ate tacos, they're not really common in this country (and I don't think even in Europe as a whole). I'd like to try some real Mexican tacos someday though. Hell, I'd love to travel all around and try food everywhere. If I ever get the money and a whole Summer for it I'll run rampant all across Europe and won't stay more than a week in a country. But I never stepped a foot outside of this hellhole of a country.
I don't though, but I wish I had :( Household appliances are not abundant here, just a microwave, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. But we don't really need anything special or fancy. We're all university students and are out of the house most of the time anyways so...
And when we're at home we're too lazy to do fancy stuff :P I end up mostly sitting in my room either studying, playing games or blasting music while nomnom-ing on cookies.
Sure! You seem a likeable person :)

I wish I could cook. Seriously. It would be really handy for a guy living in a flat with two friends and it would clear my head for a bit once in a while. But I only know a couple of basic things and eat most of my meals out. :(
Good :D This is quite an enchanted place. I did notice mostly on the Treehouse and a bit on the Playground (where I hang around most of the time). I haven't really played any Pokémon games since Emerald (since DS games came out basically, never really got a chance to buy one) so I wouldn't really know how to battle lol. But the place is cozy and I met some good friends here so I stayed around :P

I'm fine! Classes started yesterday and it's hard to get re-used to waking up at 8am, but at least this semester's subjects are more interesting than last year's. What about you?
I've seen you around quite a bit in the last few days. Are you enjoying this place? :)
I try and hit 45% carbs, 30% protein, and 25% fats in my diet currently, but overall.. I place more importance on micronutrients than macros. I tend to struggle with hitting my protein goals but I get more than enough to stay healthy. I eat a lot of fruit and veg, too, especially leafy greens and things high in fiber. I add seeds, nuts, and beans (and peas) to my diet, too (and I feel weird if I don't have some sort of form of them on some day), but I think I wouldn't be able to get enough protein from them alone without massively overeating. I don't have a lot of red meat, but I like poultry and fish. And I pretty much always have spinach to make sure I am getting enough iron.. and it helps that chocolate helps :P.. I do throw in some cocoa-nibs in my yogurt in the morning. I tried eating raw but I find it gives me digestive issues and a lot of bloating. As a further explanation, partially uncooked eggs (soft boiled, for example) gives me horrible gas, and even raw carrots can sometimes feel like they sit like a rock in my stomach, so I reduce the consumption of them or make sure to cook them thoroughly. Recently I've been trying to incorporate some pineapple in my diet because of the digestive enzyme in pineapple to help break down food. I'll have to see in a few weeks how I feel from that.

I generally try and stay healthy. That being said, I did have a few lemon loacker biscuits tonight with some cheese and peanut butter and honey.. (:P.. at least the PB and honey are organic lol!) But it was a bit of overindulgence.. Oops :P..

Food and nutrition really fascinates me.. and while I'm not in any way an orthorexic eater (obsessed with clean eating) I love sharing my knowledge of nutrition and I love discovering new dishes and cuisines of the world~ :3

    How about you??
    ahah it happens, no worries. I've been mistaken for Meganium before anyway. 8D;
She is very talented! I had that avatar for 2 months so I wanted to switch it out to something pink.
Same here! I'm stuck on calling Braviary as Wargle and the like... It's crazy knowing that it's been 5 years since BW first released.
I'm alright, this month has been difficult, but I have some free time tonight to relax. How have you been?
lol... I don't remember now. XD I have a bad memory. XS Anyway, iPads are great, but I wouldn't get one unless you plan using it for a lot of things. I use mine for writing mostly. My mom has one, but she almost never uses hers though. *shrug*

I only have an iPad 2. The sound is fucked up, and it only usually works with headphones. Even then, the sound isn't that great. However, I don't care because like I said... I use it for writing a majority of the time. It does everything else just fine... except that the sound is really off.
