Alright, I clearly don't have the entire view of everything going on with that situation, but what I do know - is that hacked Pokemon were traded as legit pokemon, and lied about. That warrants a ban, no matter how you slice it. If there's actually another person, they can talk to the staff and sort it out. I'm sure nobody on the site's team is just out to keep people off the site who've done nothing wrong. And that's their business, not mine.
