I was playing this game (I got 3 badges) and was having a blast! However, shortly after attempting to get a Mystery Gift. The game closed. When I reopened it, I lost the top two buttons in the menu (Pokemon and RichTech) and the game also deleted my Name! My badges and Pokedex progress is gone too!! All I have is my play time (about 3 hours) and my in game progress. It's ruined my experience because now any trainer I talk to instantly skips the battle!! I had a level 29 Combusken (Peck, Double Kick, Bulk Up, Ember), a Level 16 Maril (Helping Hand, Defense Curl, Rollout, Bubble Beam) and an Egg. I was at the battle with Leo (the male rival) right before Uraria City before the glitch happened and now all my progress is in vain! Is there any way to fix this?
