Yea it's called the Life Orb. It gives him a boost to all attacks (33% I think) but he takes 10% of his HP each turn. Well worth it for a sweeper. For EV training, maybe look at smogon or psypokes, or better still maybe watch Gigatitans video on youtube on how to EV train.

EV'd, they are no good for their individual roles otherwise.

That's a good way to make move sets, but Surf isn't the way to do it, teach T-tar Aqua Tail. It has a only 5 lower base power than Surf but is physical so T-tar will do tonnes of more damage with it.

Still, he has crap special attack, you should always really stick to one type of attack. I mean he only did barely over 100HP of damage to Aerodactyl with it, and he is one of the most fragile rock types there is.

Yea ok cool, my rules are fairly simple anyway. In addition to the standard clauses, neither participant may have more than 1 of any item, and no more than 3 of either participants Pokemon may be from the OU, BL, or LImbo tiers.

There is the option to flee in a Wi-Fi battle just like if you were fighting a wild Pokemon. But if you make sure before hand that your team doesn't break any of the rules then there won't be an issue anyway.
