Yea at&t does have craptastic service. So does t-mobile. My mom has Us cellular, that seems to be the best.

I hope you're not on the streets anymore! I had a very good friend of mine (and ex loooong story) that was living on the streets in Elgin. He said that it was ok with him, but I stayed with him for a few days and I was out there with him and it was awful. Especially in the middle of summer when it's really hot outside. I can't imagine actually living on the streets for long periods of time. It's good that you like it there though :) I was curious, if I'm not being too forward, if you would like to be friends with me outside of pokecommunity. Like exchange instant messenger screen names or email. If not that's alright:)

I took away 33 ev's from lapras' attack so you had that much to put back on in any stat you wanted. I take take ev's away again if you like. I don't mind:) Your time zone is about an hour ahead of mine. So when you said it was 5:30am there it was 4:30am here.

Also, how much does each berry take away in EV's? Like a doofus, I got my Lapras back, put on the Macho Brace and fought a bunch of Tentacool and Tentacruel, then realizing they give Sp. Defense :p

Frost is a great name! Reminds me of my favorite Mortal Kombat character, Sub-Zero! hehe. There are so many Eeveelutions, it's so hard to decide! I always end up going with Espeon, but for the next team I create, it's gotta be someone else. Dark is my favorite type, but, for some reason, Umbreon doesn't really appeal to me. I like that Vaporeon has so much HP, I like Pokemon with high HP, idk why! He'll probably be next!
