Ok then, I'm gunna post in the tourny thread that we've encountered a bit of a snag and that we're calling it a draw to prevent the tourny from dragging out any longer. Please make sure to confirm my post asap.
Hopefully we can have a rematch at some point after the tourny ends not to prove anything or for mega competitive reasons, just for fun and stuff.

well, i looked through the toruny rules and it says in the case of a draw both parties move forward. so if we do settle on a draw, i guess that means we both win the tourny. seeing as we're having trouble being online at the same time it kinda looks like thats gunna be the case.

a draw would be ok, but then who wins the tourny? both of us? Can there even be two winners? I would be fine with calling it a draw if there was some way of figuring out what happens next.
I really am sorry about all of this. If I had remembered I got that information on raikou i would have suggested you remove it from your team. Impatience for the match to start was the only thing i was able to think about for the tourny match though, so it completely slipped my mind. not to mention its been off of the front of my visitors message list for quite some time now, so i didnt have the reminder when i visited my page. I dont blame the person who posted the vm, this wasnt his intention. i dont really blame anyone (except maybe myself for being a derp and letting it slip my mind), it just sucks that this is how it ended up -___-.

huh, i guess I just assumed smogon's word would be competitive pokemon law in this matter. i mean, they make the official tier lists and everything. eh, guess it just goes to show what i know.
still though, I wish we could just do rock paper scissors or something like that just to get it over with. I don't think the fact that I knew raikou was there mattered much seeing as i had already set up anyways, and that was the only one i knew about. though i admit i could be bias, i do wanna win after all XD. Anyways, if we cant figure something out this week ill ask for annother opinion. but i think a rematch would be the easiest thing so if we're lucky enough to both be on at the same time lets make a rematch a high priority.

so do you want to do that? I have no way of knowing unless you respond to my vm's ya know. I don't want there to be any sort of bad blood between us so I'm willing to make compromises. Of course, I need to know what you think is necessary in this situation.

if its really bothering you, we could have a rematch and you could bring a different team. Though seeing as it was just one pokemon and i had already set up i dont think it was a game changer.

my computer is kinda slow with this forum. if someone goes offline it doesnt give me the "last activity" message for annother 10 minutes or so. Even though you logged off my computer said you were still online.
