introduce tutorial (with a prefix for tutorials) as types of threads members can make. then encourage members to post their own tutorials and people to share their results. then suggest that they use the tutorials to build a gallery/shop, and foster the activity.

i need a transparent version of the text from the banner
and a smaller banner maybe about 400px tall? doesn't matter on the width since i plan to make it fluid.

One fun thing I did is, if you look in my PC Screenies album, it has some screenshots of my name and I edited it with MS Paint to see what I look like in different staff ranks.

your first act of mod should be to introduce easy to follow tutorials (as threads) to the art&design forum to foster activity and promote the forum. i think that would go over swimmingly.

Yeah, Megan modded with Hiidoran for a while before he resigned.

Hiidoran modded that section at the time I joined, but never got around to making a thread there. I have since been involving myself with newbies lately, such as directing them to boards they might like and can't wait to see who gets modded in 2013.
