It seems that I've the same problem....... When I finished editing the 4th trainer (I edit trainer ID:001~004), I go back to the 3rd trainer, and I found the pokemons I've prefered for the 3rd trainer got mixed with the 4th trainer.... = =" (This happens only if I increase the no. of pokemon)...

I reinstalled pkescript twice, the same problem still exists....... Maybe my computer is not suitable for hacking pokemon..... Anyway , thx all of your reply~~~

I've checked my script very carefully whether there are mistakes on spaces. but my problem still exists....... Very desperate.......

I'm a beginner in this site~ And I've got stuck in the basic step about using the Pokescript....... After I installed Pokescript, and written the code with Notepad, and save as .RBS file, I can't find "compile ROM" when right clicking the .RBS file..... Can Pokescript be applied in Window...
