You wouldn't be the first one to do so, actually. Dansparce did bering to me that the plot wasn't very, err... intriguing, not even with the first Gaia appearance at bay. I plan to fix that from an early point. For example, Burst Hearts will be implemented from the earliest point in the plot, perhaps letting everyone have an empty one even if they never actually put a 'Mon within it, just to introduce them to the concept from an earlier point. Also, there were no side events, and all I did was 'here's yer town now don't bother me for another week' with every GM post, which was a really douche-y approach that I sorely regret :/ AH, ye RéBURST of old, the good stuff. I remember you had this Volkner-ish sprite-thingy :P I honestly don't remember most of the stuff that was posted there, all I know is that I still was a VERY, VERY noobish GM back then :|

And you'd be surprised. I have a fascination for making lists, so it's only natural I've kept track of things in the background, NPCs, Trainers, areas, events, the explosion of a city I won't name as of now (but it's one that is still going to happen on this next BURST), dialogues, songs, all waiting to be correctly placed and pieced together (I even have the early sketches of an event that was going to occur in the original BURST, in which Valorie Ryder suddenly shows up from DAH FUTURE!!!1 (with PkmnTrainerYellow's permission and all), and I still haven't entirely scrapped the idea so shhhhhhhhhh). And you'd be surprised with what Puddles was going to be doing. Remember the League of Legends HQ of New Mauville? And the tournament it hinted to occur at some point? Tara and Puddles were going to be runner-ups in it, with their cute team that kills, crushes and utterly destroys ;]

ENOUGH spoilers for you, though. Just a nice, healthy dose to leave you intrigued on the matter :3

I mostly just teach myself a small part to get through one tedious post or signature, and copy the rest. Sometimes I begin to retain it for future uses, though. That's how I'm learning. :3 Rather than explain it, I'd send you a post full of examples of everything that you can copy and modify. xD

Merchant Association, I actually like the sound of that. That way other merchants could appear, and still know Seth because of his affiliation with Fawkes ~ And YES, but also... NO. YES, in the sense that with all these stuff that will be implemented based on everyone's aspirations, you'll have plenty of stuff to keep you busy and do at your leisure (win a gym, sell a rock, you pick). NO, in the sense that will always be a major goal that you'll need to achieve at some point (i.e. reach a city, enter a cave, refuse to buy a rock), and if you don't hurry I'll just spam some Wonder Guard Dragon/Fairy Magikarp to punish you :C. Events like limited-time swarms of rare mons, seasonal Pokemon appearances, and side-events are to be implemented, as well as facilities that can reward those joining them at the early - and later - points of the story. The point is that everyone can follow their route when time permits it, but that they're always doing something that eventually leads to the conclusion of the plot - also, being the sneak I am, any NPCs the players create or interact with will play some role in the ending, either by references on what they did after meeting the cast, or directly showing up -. Pretty sure it'd take a lot of work to pull out, but it isn't impossible, either ~

Cold tea is a maddening abomination imo, it's just so not hot n' stuff. The life can't complain much, and I give it a few nice kicks in its arse when it does. The Redux is actually doing quite well! I have fleshed a decent Gym Challenge and Ribbon Cup for main goals, although I decided to follow a Rika/GP sorta route and make it sp thta every player can achieve their own personal dream, even if they don't earn any badges, because, based on what they choose to pursuit, I shall adapt the stuff I come up with to suffice a decent challenge for their aspirations. I also found some nice swedish music, and remixes of RSE themes in a more XY style to use. And of course, I'm redoing the whole way Hoenn looks like, while also keeping the fair southern city of Fairnorth, Birchwood City and the New Mauville, but with a neater distribution and eventually I'll learn how not to sprite crappy maps to make one that serves as a nice reference.

Next thing on the list is convincing Birdy of GMing, maybe with a nice 'YO BIRDSTER LETS'A GM AGAIN GUUURL' kinda focus. Or perhaps more touch and amiability. Perhaps.
