I just found a Zendikar fetchland in a booster I bought a few weeks ago! I should seriously sell that.

That happened to me twice at last year's regionals. ;~;

Mostly just the cards that complemented the Faeries and the Elves.

Things from Lorwyn, Eventide, Shadowmoor, and Morningtide dominated the regionals here last spring. Jund decks can be quite fun to run. It's probably dominant because of the wonderful array of removal available to it. Maelstrom Pulse and Blightning come to mind off the top of my head. Oh, and then there's the devour mechanic and the insane amount of Saproling spawning cards available.

You get destroyed by a Jund deck?

I haven't played very often since June... though I had a good FNM showing last Friday (2-1 with a deck I thought was pretty crappy). I and someone else in my traveling party got selected for two of the three random DCI rares, which was Tidehollow Sculler last week.

I once had 17 decks thrown together. I've been playing on and off since 2001.

Speaking of tourneys: I went 0-4 at the Midwest US regionals last year before dropping so I could sell my rares before the vendors left.

I'm much better at FNM and Prereleases than actual tourneys. My disposable income isn't big enough to buy high-impact singles regularly.
