  • I think the only times I'd retain a child is if they were consistently falling behind in school and haven't showed signs of "maturity" as far as social, emotional, cognitive skills/development go. I would try to retain as few students as possible.

Sometime soon, I shall revamp my characters Kassie and Nancy. :] This should be interesting because I haven't done anything with them since I was in 5th-6th grade. I got rid of a lot of my old notebooks I drew in [which is a shame, because I had some interesting things in there from the past] :\ So I'm a bit upset that I did that. Grrr.

Ohh, I prefer the quiet country side. I like my peace and quiet. I've grown up in the country all my life, and being in the big city is fun and all, but not to live.
Hey :D Yes don't worry everything's alright ! What about you?
I love your new signature ^^ So it's a girl from the show you spoke me about ! She's very cute.
I've got a new kit too, what do you think of it?

I may take a look on it ^^ It exactly the kind of stuff you like lol Me I've just watched Asogare Otome x Amnesia. Awesome. It's a mystery anime again, and will definitely be one of my favourite. The chara design and the voices are great, the story too... Too bad it's that short.

Archie being voice of reason must be pretty strange :P I imagine him as a totally crazy guys, a hot head that doesn't think a lot and prefer act. While Maxie is a cool, calm and thoughtful guy. In the manga, they both die >< That's so sad. My two favourite boss...

Never played Poké XD/Colosseum :/ And I used the Dream World just once, it was just useless...

Yes that's one thing for sure x)

You've gained experience in writting stories :) And I guess it's more interesting to write a story about a trainer that has already all their team completed, already travelled and so on, you can imagine a scenario more original than the basic "let's earn all the 8 badges!"
Well I won't be taking "classes" really, but stuff to do with my practicum [student teaching in a preschool setting] and this will go on for 8 weeks. Then after that, I switch to a new school with either K, 1, 2, or 3rd grade. :] It's fun, yet nerve wracking.

Yeah, student would be held back if they did not show signs of keeping up. But in my opinion, I would only hold back a student only if he REALLY needed it. Some children do learn at a slower pace than others, and will eventually catch up [of course there are some exceptions].

Well today, I think I will be going shopping and to lunch with my best friend. Other than that, just hang out with her during the day. :] We haven't really had the chance to hang out lately, but I'm glad we get to now.

Well, seems like you really have Lisa all developed! I do have an OC myself: The Nintendo Queen. ;p I think a Pokemon trainer would be neat. I used to make up my own trainers back in the day when Pokemon was extremely popular. My favorite one was "Kassie" but I sort of forgot what she looked like. She kind of had that *****y personality. [Keep in mind, this is something I came up with when I was like 12 years old, lmao].
There was also "Nancy" too, but she wasn't a Pokemon trainer. She was just a character I made up. She somewhat resembled Lorelei [in clothing]. Maybe I should revamp them...
Yeah my college starts Monday too. But I won't actually be going by my school's schedule, but that of the preschool...Hmm.

Yeah Lisa in a race car uniform would be cool! ^_^

Yeah with starting kids early and as fast as they can, it's sometimes not developmentally appropriate for some children. Makes me mad. :\
 His hair gel left a grease stain. Oh wow. That's hilarious!
Yeah, tow truck drivers like to scam and cost waaaaay too much money. Luckily, my dad is friends with a tow truck guy, so he gets discounts.

Yeah some children aren't school ready, and do need that extra time. I went to preschool for two years [not because I was stupid] but I wasn't "mature" enough to start Kindergarten. If that makes any sense. So I didn't start Kindergarten until I was 6, and I was always a year older than everyone for the last few months of school [my birthday is in April]. So I graduated high school when I was 19. Oh well! ^_^
Yeah I'd like to hear this story about the idiot who hit your Suburban...

Well I also had a taste of working with special needs children, and yes it was stressful [but I was only there for once a week] and I must say, they were one of my favorite groups of children I've worked with so far. :] This was also preschool.

Ahh, I see, so Lisa was developed from Leaf? No wonder they are twins! ;p That's adorable!!
    I have not yet had the chance to read the story, sorry! ;~;
Oh my god, there are morons driving every single day I am out driving! Yesterday I came across at least 3 of them when I took my sister to work when we were on the bypass. I swear people DO really need to go back and take a driving test all over again. I tease and say I'm a better driver than these older people, and I've been driving for only 7 years now! ^_^

So your mom works with preschool? Nice! I love preschool. They are a lot of fun. I'm so stressed, nervous, and excited all at the same time. After my orientation today, I realized I have to be a big girl and call people and this and that. Hmmm.

Yes Leaf and Lisa do look like twins. So what prompted you to create Lisa?
Are you usually with friends, by the way? Hehe, all right. You really like Leaf. :3 Which malls do you often visit?

    Sure thing. :D

... Frankly, not so good. I miss my high school life so bad. What about you?
Oh there are people here too that still drive like maniacs in the snow. They think they are invincible and cannot crash. Dummies. Right at this turn on this cul de sac next to my house, there is always a slick spot, and every winter at least a couple of people get stuck on the side of the road. I just can't help but laugh because they were either just going too fast there, or trying to turn onto the cul de sac a little too fast. People's stupidity doesn't surprise me anymore, because sadly, it's the norm.

I haven't done much with Leaf Green in awhile, but today is an orientation for my practicum [student teaching in a preschool setting]. That's at 1 pm today. So I'll be there later on today.

Oh I should draw Leaf and Lisa together! ^_^ That'd be a lot of fun!

What have you been up to as of lately?
Ugh yeah snow is terrible to drive in, but it's so pretty the first time it snows in the season. I've had some bad experiences driving in snow, and we do get a lot here in Indiana. :\

I like Halloween too because you can dress up as something different, and it is a lot of fun. I like costumes a lot. :] My favorite Halloween costume of mine is a gangster clown when I was in 7th grade. And I was a nerd in 5th grade. I had braces then, so it fit!
Ahh, I'm 23, so I'm up there with the "older people"
But I do enjoy Christmas, and it is so pretty with the snow! <3

What is your favorite holiday? Mine is Christmas. I enjoy spending time with my mom's side and just the over all cozy atmosphere! ^_^
Guh, we get a ton of ladybugs in the fall, and they are so annoying! X_x

Hehehe 86 years old? You must be the oldest member on PC! :O

Yeah Christmas is totally my mom's holiday. She geeks out on Christmas decorations too. We have 3 Christmas trees in our house. Our main one, one in our dining room, and a little one in the kitchen. I also use an old one in my bedroom. Yup, Christmas is a big deal here! x]
Ugh, wasps made a nest in our basketball hoop at my house. Not fun when someone threw the ball in the hoop, and wasps fly out everywhere! Ughh.

I haven't come up with anything yet, but Hayley suggested Fruits Basket. :]

October 28th? Ten days after my sister's birthday! How old are you, by the way, if you don't mind me asking?
Yeah family doesn't do much for their birthdays here either. But on Halloween, that's my dad's holiday. He'll get the house all decked out with his creepy dummies he makes out of his old work clothes.
I like it. It sounds like a synopsis you'd read at the back of a novel :P I'm not too good at those, unfortunately. (Just now I've realized how little I've done to promote my fic on this site... I might as well do it to take better care of the thread I have up here.)
Ugh there are always little webs everywhere. I hate it! Bees used to build nests inside my house, and we had to get that taken care of. :\

Oh  Yeah not very typical for an 8 year old to read! My favorite book of all time I'd have to say is Velocity by Dean Koontz or Lord of the Flies by William Golding. As a kid, I loved Arthur books. ^_^

Yeah, I'm just trying to think of the best way to find one I'd enjoy! Lol.

So your birthday is around Halloween I'm guessing? What day? My birthday is April 7th.
And that sounds fun, going to a mall and staying at a hotel. Good stuff! I haven't done much for my birthday the last few years. I went to Chicago a few years in a row to see my best friend who had to miss my birthday because of school.
Totally. </3 Wow, the way you celebrate your birthday sounds a lot of fun (especially the eating part xD! It kinda sounds like a double celebration, too: your birthday plus Halloween. Sooo what costumes helped you achieve victory? :3
    That's a possible thing. :)

    BTW, cute avatar. :D
Yeah I stepped on a dead yellow jacket last summer. It stung my big toe. That hurt real bad. :\
Spiders just scare me, especially their legs. Ughhh. We got fruit flies a lot here, ughh, they are so annoying!

Yeah I never cared for math because I am bad at it! Hahaha. I always like English/Language Arts better!

Yeah I'm sure there is an anime I'd like out there, I just have to find the right one! Shows I like to watch are Glee and Dancing with the Stars, and Top Chef. I'm not a big TV watcher though. :|

Oh where are you planning to go?!
