Yes, that's exactly what I mean.
It is a fairly new adjustment to the community, so the links still exist on some skins.

By Community Sites I mean the sites that used to own this forum. The Pokécommunity used to be a forum for a couple of selected sites to use together. Now, the staff have abolished this connection and the community is completely on it's own.

I hope that made some sense. :/
