Is this mess salvageable?

Well, I haven't gotten to start on it, other than a very crude drawing in Paint. It doesn't even use the right colors...
I could work on it tonight, or you could give this ugly thing a go today. Whatever's easiest and preferrable.

Well, I have a basic region down with towns, routes, and notable locations, but to be honest... I'm not very skilled graphically, especially with world maps.
I know it is asking a lot, but could you maybe make an in game map? Or if you're busy, I could give it my best go and you could do some touch up work?

Well, I was wondering, would you like to help me with my worldmap? I'm not much of an artist as far as worldmaps go...

I don't possess any artistic talent either. I write well enough, but it takes a lot to get just a barely passable drawing from me.
