    1. i know that the darkrai mission isnt downloadable, its obtained by processing thruogh the game. *spoiler: altru inc is where you'll battle darkrai but you wont be able to keep it* 2. yes 3. your outfit is changed when you become a top ranger *level 5 i believe*
