If a hacker knows what they're doing, they can make a pokemon look really legit.
I can't wait until my Jolteon is finally level 100. I'll use that as my main pokemon to train my lower level pokemons instead of Dragonite.

xD Yeah. With a program called Pokesav. We're not allowed to talk about trading hacked pokemon on this site, though.
With pokesav, you can do whatever you want to your pokemon. Change abilities, nature, IVs, EVs, movesets, contest stats.
And you can edit your other stats too, like name, ID, SID, underground items, bag items, etc. It's really cool, but frowned upon. I don't know how to use it though.
