Well not everyone, there is always the people who make side accounts or those people who play for a while and give up But contests would lessen the workload made even more then the Elite Four or capturing all pokemon

That would make too much work, maybe cutom titles could be a prize given for doing something like beating the Elite Four or catching all pokemon?
