Ride Pokemon and gyms don't really work well together. Besides,gym badges allow you to use HM moves out of battle.so there is a connection between gyms and HMs. Because gym badges allow to use HM moves out of battle,games with gyms have HMs. And um,see my point here,having gyms makes you have HMs. This thread was not about ride Pokemon. I created the thread. This thread isn't about future canon Pokemon games. It's about gyms that would be placed in fanon Pokemon games. Gyms and HMs work well together. Besides,the HM strength would do just as good a job of moving puzzle pieces as a ride Pokemon would. Also,ride Pokemon were meant to be alola-exclusive,not to replace HMs in all future Pokemon games. You can't have a Pokemon game that has no HMs if it is going to have gyms. HMs are a requirement for Pokemon games with gyms. And please don't talk about ride Pokemon on my threads.

Why did you delete my post about ride Pokemon and gyms not being able to be in the same Pokemon game? Ride Pokemon are the reason sun and moon have no gyms.
