Hmm well...I'm not too sure about that considering it's so early on. I think Royal wants major evolutions (well, starters and stuff like Larvitar, Aron, etc.) to evolve during the tournament. If it was something like a Caterpie, then possibly but...I can get ahold of her and ask her. I'll let you know as soon as she replies :) Sorry if it hinders your post typing (I know how that is)
