I thought Dragonair looks so much better than Dragonite. I mean, I have no problem with Dragonite because it is a good Pokemon, but Dragonair's design was so much better, and I felt quite let down when I saw it's next evolution.

As stated before, I would go for Lapras as well. As it's type is water/ice, it has a bigger variety of moves it can learn and it's stats are not too bad. I would get it to learn Ice beam as well as Hydro pump.

For HG/SS I did pick Totodile, mainly for the fact that I liked it's design and for it's final evolution, Feraligatr. As for D/P/PT I chose piplup as my first starter because I really liked the idea of it's final evolution being water/steel. However, I do have a love for Torterra because of it's...
