I'm afraid not. It's a forum-wide prerequisite for people to have at least 15 days (or is it 15 posts?) before they can include images in their posts. That way, spambots and trolls who create new accounts won't get through and freely post their nasty images in our forum. Sadly, I think you have to get some activity up on our other areas first. But don't worry! You have a lot of great interests that a lot of people here are also interested in. Try to look around the forums and post on what you fancy, while keeping your posts thoughtful, relevant and within the rules. You'll get to the big 15 in no time. ;D
Oh yeah, in case you have more questions, you could read up more precious information that you might feel the need to ask in PC's FAQ, as well as the forum-wide rules. It would help a lot, I tell you. In case it's not in there for some reason, you can also ask a short question in the Quick Questions thread of the PokéCommunity Questions & Feedback section and you bet you'll get a good answer right away.
That being said, you could also check out the Adoption Center in New Users/Welcome and get a mentor who specializes in a forum that you wish to be in, if you'd like to make things smoother and avoid a few mess-ups here and there. Although I can help you out, too, you might find it better to seek help from assigned mentors. If you need more assistance or if you don't feel like getting a mentor, ask me again, or a staff member handling the relevant section if they're not busy.
