Yep! Well, most are in the same universe anyway. Like, Yugi reappears in GX, and both Yugi and Jaden appear in the 5D's movie. And it seems all of the universes somehow coexist in ARC-V (with parallel versions of old characters), but they haven't fully explained everything yet. xD
