You'll have to set up the DB Manually:
Create an empty database, or use an existing, that contains the Table "cms_posts":
id(PRIMARY KEY), int, length 5
title, varchar, length 50
cat, int, length 3
cont, text, length (something high)

then open the file "data.php", and edit as the description says
Tell me if you find any errors!
(i know about the __macosx folder, i'm developing it on my iBook, and the easiest way to Zip a file there is to not remove the "Resource Fork", that shows up as that folder)

The problem is we have the ethernet connected to the xbox and our NetComm router which runs direct into the computer but when we test on the Xbox is says disconnected. We looked on the website and I asked my cousin but it still didn't work.
