Well tecnically you cant rip tiles from the new games, also I have checked them and they fit in the 16/16 tile radious that the gen 3 tiles fit in, which meens they must have been made from scratch or heavilly modified to fit in that radious. So that tells me that there not just screen grabs. Also Its always best to ask in case, if there not public then I wont use them.
