i'd be very careful of using just ghost/dark mind. spiritomb and sableeye may not get supereffective hits, but both types have heavy weaknesses on their own. i'm quite an experienced battler now, so if you wanna know anything, just ask ^^

yeah you can only SR for legends. can't soft reset for wild pokemon :P i have regice, regirock,registeel and regigigas, all shiny. i also have darkrai, jolteon, salamence, milotic etc etc. you planning on shiny hunting or something? ^_^ how far are you in pokemon diamond or pearl (if you have it)?

lol the asnwer to all 3 of your questions is yes :P i have a lot of shinies, and i do SR for some, like the regi's. i used to have a card showing them but i had to take it off >_< lol it's cool though

Um... the tag for it is described on the BB Code page but as for actally doing CSS, it can be tricky to learn. I'd suggest practising from the tutorials at www.w3schools.com

Nope. The only CSS I've used has been coded by friends.

I don't know CSS myself. It'd be best to ask one of the members who has a CSS signature.
