But I'm not THAT unattractive. my personality makes up for it, and i avoid politics now.

I doubt someone will kick up a fuss. we get paid well enough and most people would just quit I think if they didnt like it. Its weird- half of the people i work with have been there for a long time, and the other half are totally new. Honestly, its too chill for someone to complain. The hours are lenient and stuff, and if someone starts complaining, the company can just not call them in to work as far as I know.

dude my employers so far have given me no break (unless you count slow moments) or breaks that are too short. As a minor in the US, it is required by law for me to have a 30 minute break every 4 hours. I work 8-9 hours with much less.

To be fair though, I work parties, so there really isn't a time for a break. Unless we were to expand staff by like 50%, which is really expensive and would make the company less competitive.

I also serve a lot of alcohol doing parties. That is also illegal. You must be 18 to be able to serve alcohol, and of course 21 to drink it.

I was literally holding a tray of cocktail drinks (champagne) and my boss asked how old I am, and of course I said "16". he was like "its cool that you are earning money and gaining experience at your age. what high school do you go to?" tbh i think he was oblivious of the law.

i get paid a good amount and my bosses are chill, so i dont really mind it.

Its going well. I had like one week where I did not do so well, but Ive picked it back up. Tbh this year isn't that bad- just a lot of work. And work threw me off cause i worked 9 hours and i was tired and slept half of Sunday as a result. And this week Ive gotten very little sleep, so I barely studied for my history test. But I'm good at history, so I'm sure i did fine.

Ive also gone to the gym a few times. and i plan to go more and more. i would have gone today, but I'm tired af
