Yeah, we definitely need to tighten up. I've been too lax these days. People have been getting especially bad about waiting 24 hours before asking about their thread. From now on, when someone asks about their thread's approval status before 24 hours have passed, I'm not going to approve or delete the thread until an extra 24 hours have gone by. If you approve their thread but tell them, "next time please wait 24 hours," it doesn't teach them the lesson.

ALSO: If I'm not around for the morning shift, godspeed.

I wonder what goes through a person's head when they write things like that. Seriously, I'd be really interested in getting inside the head of one of these people in order to see exactly what they're thinking when they're typing this crap out. Is it disregard for the rules out of laziness? Is it ignorance? Or is it just pure, unadulterated stupidity? I guess we'll never know.
