Yes. I know that it is possible for only the tutor to speak, because otherwise something like that would have happened. And there's also the power to kick/ban people while you're on the server. I would assume that we would have plenty of help as far as staffing (because the tutors will be given voice, which is like the lowest level of "moderation" on IRC, they can kick people as well; you and colcolstyles and I and any other upper staff (Hiroshi?) that finds any interest in assisting will be given stuff operator and such).

And yes. We do have plenty of time to talk about it. And if we were to go talking on MSN it'd probably be late night for me and colcol and early morning for you, so it'd have to be like on the weekend or something. I was going to write a mock draft but that will have to wait until I write the mock draft. :D

You should probably enforce a rule about signing up for Gym Leaders/Trainers/E4/whatever in hacks to be via VM or PM, as http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=6380523#post6380523 this thread is seriously just I WAN B IN UR HACK KTHNXBAI.

I got them from this thread at WAH. Its cool because he was mostly resizing larger sprites so that everyone could have a full Pokedex of new sprites :>
