Hehe. I've had that counter used against my Darkrai before. Ouch.

I have a friend who does that, except with his Garchomp.

Try this. Primeape w/ Vital Spirit. Close Combat, Cross Chop, whatever. Can't be slept, hits hard with super effective physical moves on Darkrai's weak defense. Or . . . you could be subtle, and try not to scare him away.

Give ALL of your Pokemon Sleep Talk. Now. And then teach one of them Focus Blast... That should remove your Darkrai problem. It's also a good idea to get a Spinda to level 100... Darkrai doesn't seem to like them, especially once he's been Sleep Talk'd and Teeter Dance'd in one turn...

Sits there along with Shaymin and co. I have a legitimate event Darkrai, though, and I do use that on occasion. It has a Modest nature, which is excellent. And Spacial Rend. It used to have Roar of Time, but I got rid of that in favour of Dark Void. ^_^

I own a Deoxys now. It's not legit, but as a result, I never use it. It just sits there looking awfully fragile.

No chance of that in NZ. So many desperate nerdy middle-schoolers tried it. I saw through it immediately, but . . . not everyone did.

My mum does, too, so I get where you're coming from. I always seem to forget that the Space Centre's there. I remember at middle school, there was this rumour going around that if you talked to a particular guy there once a day, every day, for 300 days, he'd take you to the moon and you could catch Deoxys and Celebi. :D

You beat me to it, then. The 7-Day, 7-K prompt a couple of weeks ago was 'Moon'. I was going to write a story about a group of astronauts who go to see if there really are Clefairy on Luna. They were going to use that line, too. ^_^

Plus, I'm trying to keep up with Citrinin's HWIMAR. It's the only one I'm reviewing on a chapter-by-chapter basis, with grammar and everything. I also review a lot of crapfics. It helps me siphon off some of my vindictiveness so I don't accidentally give it to the good authors ^_^

I'm notorious for taking a long time. *adds Metal Coat to 'review or die' list* Seriously, I need to read and review 'Anima Ex Machina', 'The Quest for the Legends', 'Retelling of Pokemon Colosseum', 'Nothing, Everything', 'Sixth', 'Metal Coat' (was already on the list, now I think about it), and at least half a dozen others that are a good way through. Bwaaaaaah!
