The download is in between pages 12-15 in HackMew's Tools Factory [XSE released].

U have to save the script, then goto tools-->batch compiler.
Click the "..." button to choose the Rom ur putting it in.
Then check out the name of the script in the box below.
Then click compile.
Now save it as <something>.log by clicking that "save" button in the next thing that pops up.
Now, after u save it, there will be a highlighted offset, that's the offset u copy.
Now click the "copy" button, then open A-Map and goto the events tab.
Goto the person, signpost, or script tile(which the script is for) and goto their offset on the right side of the header tab.
Highlight the 6 zeros and right-click-->paste.
Now the offset u pasted is the script.
Make sure to keep the "$" sign in front of the offset.
Now save, then test it out.
It should work.
If it doesn't, then I don't know what to say.
