the correct pal register for slot 00 is 10010000, which I already had. Changing it to 00010000 didn't solve the problem.

So 00010000 instead of 10010000? And where exactly is the "pal register byte" located, somewhere near the sprite offset? Sorry, haven't really dealt with this exact stuff before and I couldn't find any documentation on it here. Appreciate your help a lot :)

Well what do you mean? Cause I'm not searching for the location I'm trying to find the image in vram and search for it.

Ok so using vram to search for the tile's offset isnt working. I also used the map viewer to help find where the tiles were stored a little quicker, but I've searched for just about all the bytes it shows. Could you explain how you do it?

Even if I edit it's position in a program, it stays floating. Is it because of a limiter...?

EDIT: NVM, found the limiter. it seems there were 3, not 2 xD
