I happen to see that you can RNG in 4th gen and I really need your help. I'm trying to RNG a shiny HP Grass Heatran and this is as far as I can get

I just wonder that how you can RNG all those awesome pokemons in your thread and if you do use the ID/SID abuse in Platinum. Would you please help me to learn it?
