It's rather easy when you have two flawless parents to breed with.

It's got the 30 in speed for hp ice I believe but it's flawless for hp ice. Although it is nicknamed if you don't mind that. I only see one breeding request I can do since heatran is a legend and all but 1 are hg/ss.

EDIT: disregard the 30 speed thing the exact IV's are 31/30/30/31/31/31

EDIT2: I decided to breed that chimecho and since skythur gave me the code for flawless parents it was easy. I got a bold 31/31/31/31/31/31.
