    I just got out my yellow and silver version Gyarados is in fact water/flying, even in generation 1 but yeah the two special stats are all one there. You learn something new every day. Well if you are ever in the mood to battle again, I'm here

    Thanks, I always forget about the split. I dislike how surf was powered down after gen 1 as well. I'm just too old school for my own good.

    I also JUST learned today that gyarados isnt dragon but flying and water?

    Alright let me add your friend code and I will go into the room. I reset to factory settings (and lost ALL my portforwarding settings from years ago!)
