I don't know Bubblewrap intimately so I'm not sure what's going on with her. She may be very busy, or as the case when I was younger just became disinterested.

I was looking at Misty stuff so I did a quick re-vamp of the GSC sprite because I thought it looked nice. I'll update my threads then work on the HOF Misty.

Oh yes! Is Misty to be in DP size or FRLG size?

It used to happen ALL the time and hasn't happened in a long time, at least the times I am on. It happened semi-recently but that was because someone was trying to overload the servers.

What applies for active? It's natural that activity goes up when school is out, but does that mean this Oblivionmew does not post alot outside those times? I mean, would my getting on after school, having some conversations with you, maybe updating/replying to my sprite thread or others count as active?

It's actually only recently that I really got VMs at all.

My one and only niece is 5 so I guess 12 year's difference is not embarrassing. For my two sisters there is a 7 year gap between the oldest to the middle, and a 3 1/2 gap between me and her. The eldest is actually our half-sister from my father's first marriage. My cousins range from 0 - 25+ as I have a large extended family even though I only have a few siblings. Both my mother's side and my father's side interact with each other, and before then my parents interacted with their extended family. I don't really know how most people are related to me or don't call them the correct names. Like my Aunt Myra is actually my Mother's cousin so she's our second cousin and her daughter I do not know what to call; my 2nd or 3rd cousin?, my Aunt Renda and Uncle Johnny are really not our aunt/uncle but a great-something.
I actually have a 2nd cousin on both sides. My mother's cousin and my father's cousin had children, lol. There has been one woman married to three of my mother's cousins, and there have been 5 sisters that have married somewhere in the family.

Scratch means from nothing. I draw the body from a blank canvas. Have get it to fit the height and proportion of other sprite in game and things like that. Normally another trainer is used as a base for work. Like Evil Monkey's Ash trainer is used from the hero of the games.
(What's the difference between the Graphics Zone of HOF Staff and the Art Gallery? I could understand if it is used to post HOF related things in the Graphics Zone but some are not. Is this only viewable to HOF Staff members? If this can be seen by others I think it unfairly promotes our personal work than the others in the Art Gallery.)

That's because Backsprites are a pain in the ass for continuity, as most are not experienced in animation.
So I'm assuming Misty will be in her Kanto outfit? Do you need a Hoenn one as well?

There are only about 4 or 5 people on the recurring support plan. This would require a card and/or a paypal account. Narrow it down to the people who have those (most people on here are quite young), those that have extra money to donate, and those who actually wish to donate, it's not such a grand money making plan actually. I'm pretty sure PC is actually quite poor. It takes a fair amount of money to get all the equipment that can support all these users on at the same time. I don't know if it was when you first joined, but PC would have those little offline burps quite frequently, and they were scrapping for the money to get a new server.

The output is not the problem, art is very hard to be determined by age. (There has been a case though when a competition sent a high school girl's picture back because they determined it just couldn't be done by someone her age. Which was not true.) It's the maturity, like you said. They don't have the leadership skills or do not wish the leadership. I'm not sure if you could find a head spriter by just hoping it would appear in there daily posts. It would come by offering someone you 'think' would have the skills, and see what they would do with the opportunity. They may not come out until they are asked.

What happened to me? Hmm, I am not sure. This week it has been a combination of being tired when I return home from school and actually having quite a few events going on.

Though I have to ask, what do you expect from me? For the other ones the fusion/edited trainers are fine because that is what I assume that most people do. I am intimidated to do a scratch trainer because the human body is not my strong point at all...
Also the others have only asked me to do trainer as that seems my specialty. I can't think of any other sprite besides OWs and Pokemon.
Last, do you know the specific about things? Like how many colors are allowed into a sprite as I've not ignored them up until now, but not paid special attention to them.

So If you want backgrounds we can do that. Any specific enviroments?

I've asked you a million times what it is you need...what you need would be the alternate scenerio which I've asked you about already....

but it would be kinda hard to give you stuff that you dont even need....If its backgrounds you need I have some that I'm not gonna use...

can you think of any other scenerios for the trade?
