It doesn't apply to the stickies; it just applies to the new member's intro thread (since it follows under spam) unless the newbie allows it. And no; there's no issue that if a newbie tells another newbie about the rules and such; heck, I was practically a newbie myself when I started welcoming members and recommending them to follow the rules and FAQ.

I did get the HGSS OST, yes, which is part of it. XD

Nice! I recall the one I got off XD had a Modest nature and some decent stats apparently? May have to check again.

TBH though Colo/XD had in general better evil-team leaders than the main games (even with 5th gen all there is is N and the other guy, the rest are meh it seems). Colo/XD? Miror B, giant martial-art people, crazy scientists, uppity politicians that run like a girl, people with giant eyebrows...they were more likeable and interesting. XD

Yes, the Wess dance has that effect on people. =p

I know the 4th gen one pretty well, although that may not b just because of any encounters I had with them in Platinum/HGSS. XD

You didn't get Ho-oh? FOR SHAME! =p (But Lugia is cooler ;p)

Miror B...well, it's a bunch of things I guess - he has potentially the best music themes in any Pokemon game, and he's so unique - I mean, a guy with a Pokeball-themed afro who dances (and moonwalks... and backflips despite said afro) with a Ludicolo army - what's not to like? XD You can tell Genius Sonority spent more effort on him than other aspects of the game too. XD

Frontier Brain music tends to be pretty good anyways. XD As do legendary battle themes... one of my favourites of thos are Ho-oh's in HGSS and the legendary beast music too.

Miror B is the greatest. XD And that isn't a 'new' themee tune for me either. ;p

Hodome is one of the best town themes of all of the Pokemon games, tbh.

And yes, i have most certainly played Pokemon XD. =p I do agree it has some neat tunes in it (after all, it has a Miror B battle theme and remixed Miror B's Colosseum theme!), although some of the tunes are nice but not very...fitting (the 'wild Pokemon battle' music I like but it makes me laugh as well, battling a random Zubat due to CAKE with olde western music playing XD).

Eh, I like the music in all the games tbh, but overall I feel that on initial impressions B&W edges out D/P's music. (Hodome's theme is a particular favourite, as well as some other towns and a few of the battle themes.) =)

I think (of what I know about 5th gen without understanding that much japanese) is that it is a decent start thus far - animated battles are a nice change, music is done well, but like all games it isn't perfect either.

All of them! Ah well, 'tis the Pokemon cycle I guess. New gen = more activity!

I wouldn't know about smogon's activity and whatnot, not much into the competitive battling scene and all.
