But idk, sometimes I think people treat me a bit differently because I'm a mod. I guess it's natural for people to look up to members who've been around for a while and/or are on staff, but a) I haven't been around THAT long, and b) if they look up to me solely because I'm on staff, I'd rather that they don't do it at all. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid.

I read that SBS took a turn for the worse when they bought the rights to the world cup and stop airing stuff like Liquid Television/cult movies like ghost in the shell.

I am indeed. I'm annoyed about it, but I'm used to being shafted by video game companies when it comes to release dates (only just got SMT IV, and still waiting on Rune Factory 4 here, to name two recent ones) so I guess it could always be worse...Diamond and Pearl was several months, and I had to import. I CAN'T import ORAS due to region locking. Fortunately, I don't really mind spoilers and don't do blind playthroughs either (on the contrary, I like as much data as possible sans story spoilers) so I won't have to isolate myself for a week when they come out. xD

XY leaks were insane towards the end, weren't they? I remember being quite disappointed when all the new Pokemon were unveiled a week before release...that's the one time I wish I hadn't looked at spoilers.
