I dunno. I have a Chespin, but I have yet to evolve it. When I heard first heard that move, I imagined the move animation would involved his shell. {D:}

I read from somewhere else about Goomy's origin before I saw the actual Pokemon itself, therefore I have not thought of such thing when I first saw its leaked image. {XD}
I don't mind if it evolves at Level 70. Mine evolved after Level 70 {XD}, due to not being able to find any rainy locations at that time. :(
I'd rather use the older pseudo legends, I love Goodra's looks... Not impressed by its offensive stats tho.
