Essentially, yes. If the ROM has been expanded, you'll need to look up UPS patchers and stuff, if not then Lunar IPS should do the trick for you (just in case you're unfamiliar with patching or whatever).

Secondly, is the link to you put in the post a ROM file in a zip folder? If so, I'm afraid that is not allowed, and you'd have to make a patch file.

Yeah, my native language is Polish, but I'm learning English from the age of 10 (or maybe 9? I don't remember) so I speak it fairly well, but I think that my grammar is poor sometimes. And I probably wouldn't understand much when some Englishman would say something in English to me, they talk a bit too fast for me. :)

It's not an "I say so", it's a "rules of the forum that you should have read" say so.

Just a heads up, but linking to a gba file (even one in a zip file) in your sig is breaking the rules, as ROMs are technically illegal. If it was an ips patch, it wouldn't be an issue.
